Refund Policy

A refund/exchange will be given within 30 days if the item is damaged due to its construction by the designer.  The item will need to be returned to the studio at the customer's expense for inspection.  If a bracelet is too small, we can add an extension to it.  Customer to pay for shipping item back to the studio and the materials to extend the length of the item.
